Pap-pa I just send out all my love to you and Mam-ma. I love y'all both and y'all are the ones who gave me and Cody help when we needed it. You were the father we never had growing up. I just love and miss you so much. Your little girl, Kaley.

I don't think I could have grown up without the Callahan's, Shuttger's and Alexander's!! You are all a big part of who I am. Clifton will always be remembered in my heart as a kindly "uncle" full of life, a gentleman example and a true hero to me as well as to his country. Doris, Dwight, Sharon and Glenda you are in our prayers. All of us who knew Clifton are a little better because he touched our lives.

I remember so many wonderful times growing up with both of our families. Clifton was always so sweet to me - and had a quiet sense of humor. I am so sorry for your loss.

To Doris and family -- remembering with great joy spending time with you and Charlie at the WWII reunions over years past. It was such an honor to know you both, and to meet your family. My dad truly loved your husband -- watching them cry as they said goodbye to each other until the next reunion always made me cry with them. What a blessing to have had a marriage of 70 years, and to be blessed with your extended family so close by. Remember that he is looking down upon you with care from above. Mom, Ann Marie, Steve and I are sending you much love. Lynn Macbeth
