Clyde Keever Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Apr. 30, 2012.

Clyde H. Keever, 82, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 29, 2012, after a brief illness.

He is survived by wife of 44 years, Norma T. Keever, of Poquoson; daughters, Amy Keever Pincus and her husband Stephen C. Pincus, and Susan Burnette, both of Yorktown; grandchildren, Joshua, Noah and Mariah Burnette, and Stephen and Mark Pincus; sisters, Louise McRae and Clafton Morris; and brothers, Blair and Ray Keever.

Clyde attended the University of Richmond where he studied accounting. He served in the Air Force as a Morse code interpreter during the Korean War. He retired from the U.S. Postal Service.

Clyde was a man of gentle spirit who loved the Lord. His generosity was shared by many. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, and watching Fox News. His greatest joy were his grandchildren whom he spent countless hours with.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at Parklawn Memorial Park.
