Connie Lee Wells, 62, of Fort Smith died June 13, 2012 in Fort Smith. She was born February 21, 1950 in Jennie, Arkansas. She was a Homemaker, a former employee of Walmart, a member of Midland Heights United Methodist Church for 56 years and served as church organist for 30 of those years. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Larry Wells of the Home; four daughters, Jennifer Lowman of Waldron, Stephanie Bird, Chelsi Wells and Amy Wells all of Fort Smith; one son, Shaun Wells of Fort Smith; and two grandchildren, Rachel and Andrew Lowman. Funeral service will be Saturday, June 16, 2012 at 10:00 AM in the Midland Heights United Methodist Church with burial to follow in Forest Park Cemetery all under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Andrew Perkins, Pat Wheeler, John David Blevins, Derek Thomas, Aaron Madden, and Bing Crosby.
The family will greet friends at Edwards Funeral Home from 5-7 pm on Friday evening.
