Rohrer, Craig E., age 59, passed away on Wednesday, May 10, 2017. Craig proudly served in the U.S. Army, retiring after 20 years of service to his country. Following his military service he was employed by Met Life Insurance for seven years. Craig was a member of V.F.W. Post 4270 in Trotwood. Craig was preceded in death by his, mother, Mary Wilson. He is survived by his wife, Vickie; step daughter, Katie Lyons; step son, Brian (Megan) Lyons; father, Carl Rohrer; step father, Matthew Wilson; brothers, Michael, Scott and Carl Rohrer; grandchildren, Brittany Lyons, Shay'Mor Battle, and Caiden Lyons; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 3rd at Fairhaven Church, 637 Whipp Road. A memorial service will follow visitation beginning at 3:00 p.m. There will be a reception following the service at VFW Post 9927, 3316 Wilmington Pike beginning at 4:30 p.m. If desired, memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society. I'm very sorry to hear about Craig. We worked next to each other at MetLife before I retired. He was a good person and I am glad to have known him.
