Cynthia Bernard James, 60, of Hot Springs, passed peacefully on October 7, 2016. She was born on June 22, 1956 in Memphis, Tennessee to the late Stanley and Jessamine (Foust) Bernard.
Cynthia was a very generous woman and adored the people in her life. She was the type of person who always made others feel beautiful and accepted exactly as they were.
She had many interests and loved to spend days digging up fire ants while tending to the yard, shopping, traveling and being out on the lake.
Waiting to spend eternity with her is her late husband of 38 years and love of her life, George “Buddy” James.
Cherishing her memory is her brother, Stanley Bernard (Polly); special friend and companion, Laurel Dugard; nephew, Tony Bernard; niece Elana Bernard; cousin, Gina Shapiro and a host of other extended family members and dear friends.
