Cynthia, 54, of Stanley and formerly of Charlotte, passed away Thursday, August 9, 2012. Born February 15, 1958 in Charlotte, Cynthia was a daughter of Colleen Bolton McManus and the late Bobby R. McManus. She was a dental hygienist and was formerly employed in the office of Drs. Marshall & Sietland. Cynthia is survived by her son, Jason Cousar of Huntersville, his wife, Erica and their son, Towner; her mother, Colleen B. Born February 15, 1958 in Charlotte, Cynthia was a daughter of Colleen Bolton McManus and the late Bobby R. McManus. She was a dental hygienist and was formerly employed in the office of Drs. Marshall & Sietland.
Cynthia is survived by her son, Jason Cousar of Huntersville, his wife, Erica and their son, Towner; her mother, Colleen B. McManus of Charlotte; two brothers, Donald McManus of Charlotte, his wife, Elizabeth, and their daughter, Farrah Hodge and her husband, Clay, and Dean McManus of Mt. Holly, his wife, Vicki, and their son, Chase; as well as her godchild, Starr Readling of Myrtle Beach, SC.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Michelle Cousar.
A service to celebrate Cynthia's life will be held at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 14th in the chapel of Forest Lawn West Funeral Home with the Rev. Dr. Gary Berry officiating. Her family will receive friends at the funeral home following the service.
