D. Jane Corum 84, of Bloomington, passed away on Saturday July 5, 2014 at BroMenn Advocate Medical Center.
She was born on February 14, 1930 in Bloomington, the daughter of Lorin and Margaret Mills - Lawyer. She married William Corum on July 10, 1948 in Peoria and he preceded her in death.
Jane is survived by her daughters Dorothy (John) Rosson of Bloomington, Peggy (Mike) Brooks of Heyworth, Brenda (Blake) Wurmnest of Heyworth, Loretta Corum of Downs and her son Tom (Janet) Corum of Normal.Jane is also survived by 25 Grandchildren, 25 Great grandchildren and 6 Great Great Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her son Dennis ,her Sister Doris, 1 Grandson and 1 Great Grandson.
Jane retired from the Moose Lodge, where she worked for 50 plus years. She was a lifelong member of the Women of the Moose. Jane was also an avid bowler. She was inducted into the Bowling Hall of Fame, and threw her last bowling ball on her 80th birthday.
Visitation will be at East Lawn Funeral Home on Tuesday July 8th from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Funeral services will be Wednesday July 9th at 10:00 am at East Lawn Funeral Home, Rev. Danny McCubbins officiating.
A graveside service will follow at East Lawn Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society – Relay For Life or to the Heyworth Christian Church.

I new Jane back when she worked for Erwin Follick and for a time we worked as waitress together at the Moose. She was a fine Lady. Sorry to hear of her passing. Marie Follick
