DALE ADANG, 79, of Fort Wayne, passed away Wednesday, June 16, 2010, at Parkview Hospital. Born Aug. 15, 1930, in Fort Wayne, he was the son of the late Charles Peter Adang and Josephine (Topp). He worked in shipping/receiving at North American Van Lines, retiring after 20 years of service in 1997. He served in the Army during the Korean Conflict. Surviving are his wife, Janice Adang; sons, Dale Adang of Sarasota, Fla., Terry (Beth) Adang of Fort Wayne and Paul Adang; daughter, Patricia (Dave) Englert of Fort Wayne and Tamara Adang of Sarasota, Fla.; brother, Lee Adang; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Funeral service is 9:30 a.m. Saturday, June 19, 2010, at Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Home, Wayne Street Chapel, 420 W. Wayne St., with calling from 9 to 9:30 a.m. Father Joseph Gaughan officiating. Calling also from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 18, 2010, at the funeral home. Burial in Catholic Cemetery.

Our family grew up with Dale, in the Reed St. area. What fond menmories of the group of kids who played and spent
time with Dale. Our prayers and thoughts are with his family at this time.
