Just received word of Dan's passing and am deeply saddened.
Dan and I worked and traveled together for years but he was not only a co-worker, but a good friend.
My condolences to Dan's family.
I want to apologize too - had I known of the funeral, I would have certainly been there.

Dear Julia and Family, I have worked with Dan in the F-22 program for more than eight years and to me he was a good friend and coworker. He was a hard working individual always willing to help others. He made people smile with his wit and smarts and was very good at it. We will all miss him very much. My sincere condolences.

Dear Julia and family, I am very sorry to hear of Dan's passing. We worked together at Lockheed and I can't count how many times he was able to provide help and guidance to me. Even when I would pester him for an item, I could count on Dan to come through even on very short notice. I will miss him.
One of the things I remember about Dan was the way he described his family in such a loving manner and the family photos at his desk.
God's peace to you and the family in the coming days are my prayers

Julia and family, I am so very sorry for your loss. Dan was absolutely one of my best friends at Lockheed and I always knew, beyond any shadow of any doubt, that I could count on him not only as a professional, but also as a friend.
Dan - As for you my brother, I am so very sorry to see you leave this world this soon. Thank you for all you did for me over the years and thank you for being exactly who you were. Godspeed to you brother...I miss you already...

Julia and family, we are so sorry for your loss. Dan was a great, kind, intelligent man. I really enjoyed working with him on the F-22 buying team. He was a wealth of knowledge! I admired his love for his family. I used to walk to his desk daily to get the updates on Jolie and Mia! Such a proud grandpa that adored his wife and family tremendously. He will be missed.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I knew Daniel from when we were at NOA in the 60's. As one of the few future Engineers to come out of the class of 66 I shared his aspirations as a rival LSU graduate. My heart felt condolences go out to all of Daniel's family.
Sincerly,
Rick Allen
