Danny M. Dean, 66, of Chattanooga, TN, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Tuesday morning, January 1, 2013. He was the son of the late Lloyd and Helen Dean and was a Vietnam veteran serving in the U.S. Air Force. Survivors include his loving wife of 30 years, Sue Dean; two daughters, Lisa Houser, Chattanooga and Lori Dupree, Graysville; step-son, Lebron Shirley, Malvern, AR; two grandchildren, Ryan Dupree and Jennifer Dupree both of Chattanooga; two sisters, Diane McGee, Alabama and Darlene Bonner, Florida. The family would like to extend a special Thank You to Avalon Hospice, and we are forever grateful to Margaret, Theresa, Don and Rhonda for your excellent care. Funeral services will be held 7 p.m. Thursday in the East Chapel with the Rev. Louis Holloway officiating. Interment will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday in the Chattanooga National Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2-7 p.m. Thursday before the service at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory & Florist, 404 S. Moore Road
