Danny Ilic, age 72 of Conyers, passed away on Wednesday, April 24, 2013. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2013, at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services, Horis A. Ward Chapel, at 2:00 p.m.
A native of Serbia, Mr. Ilic moved to the US in the 1960's and was an US Marine Corp Pilot veteran serving in the Vietnam War. He was a professional soccer player in Europe and a Perdue graduate with a mechanical engineer degree and retired from the Steel Mills in Gary, IN then the VA in Los Angeles.
He is survived by his wife Karla Ilic; daughters, Nicolette Ann Ilic and Patricia Rose Ilic.
In lieu of flowers donations to the family will be accepted.
