Danny Bruce Joyce, 79, of Sulphur Springs, Texas, died November 27, 2012. Danny was born November 22, 1933 in the Cornish area near Greenwood, AR. Danny was raised in the cattle business, was incredibly good at it, staying in it throughout his life. He continued to sell feed for Westway Feed Products in Sulphur Springs until the illness that led to his death. He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert Arthur "Bud" Joyce and Gladys Marie Davis Joyce, and a sister, Rose Marilyn Joyce Geren.
Survivors include his wife of almost sixty years, Claudine Dyer Joyce; two sons, Danny Bruce Joyce, Jr. and wife Julie of Arkadelphia, AR, and Brad Joyce and wife Salome' of Jonesboro, AR; one brother, Davis Darrell Joyce and wife Carole of Spavinaw, OK, eight grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
Following a 9:00 a.m. service Friday, November 30 at West Oaks Funeral Home in Sulphur Springs, there will be a visitation 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, November 30 at McConnell Funeral Home in Greenwood. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday December 1 at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Liberty Cemetery.

Dear Danny, we sure miss you. Pam is having a hard time of it. Like Mr. Edgar, we were just used to you being there everyday. We know you are, as we speak, at the right hand of HE who commands us. Just know that we love you and miss you so very much, but we will see you again some day.

Brad! I was so sad to learn of Dee's passing!! He was such a great friend to our family and we have a lot of wonderful memories to hold on to!!!
