David Lawrence Gill, beloved husband, father, brother, and friend, passed away May 7, 2017. David was born February 26, 1943, in Rochester, New York to Lawrence and Norma Gill. David was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather, and uncle, and especially enjoyed reading, hiking, camping and fishing with his family, and watching his grandsons play lacrosse and baseball.
David's family and many friends are deeply saddened by the loss of this gentle, kind, intelligent, humorous, and humane man. A celebration of his life will be held at 1:30 p.m. on May 21st, 2017, at Western Presbyterian Church, 2401 Virginia Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20037.
