David Wayne Kenne went to be with the Lord peacefully on Wednesday, October 12, 2016. He was born on January 25, 1946 to Waldman Gus Kenne and Frieda Kenne. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Claudia Kenne. He leaves behind a daughter Andrea Harris and son-in-law, Tracy Harris of La Porte, TX. He was blessed with two grandchildren, Michael Harter and Amanda Harter who brought such light to his life. He served his country in the U.S. Army. After his honorable discharge in the Army, he began his life long career in the oil industry which ranked him in the top Senior Sales Manager. His ambition, drive, and love for the industry made a self-made success story. Of course, his talent for the lead guitar, exceeds any famous musician in today's world. He was in several country western bands, one of which Southern Star, Texas Star. He lived his life to the fullest. If he wasn't working or playing in the band, he would travel with his wife and loved going to stay in a Galveston Condo.

I had the pleasure of working with David at Harrisburg for 15 years. He was a hard worker and would help out anyone if he could. He will truly be missed.
