David William Bartz, 66 of Rochester passed away on June 18, 2013. Loving son of June and the late Otto. Dear brother of Richard (Gail). David is also survived by his nephews Richard Jr., Brian, and Kevin. David was a veteran of the US Army SP5, receiving Vietnam service metal, including two bronze stars. David graduated from Northern Michigan University with a Bachelor's degree is Science. He enjoyed spending time hunting and fishing. Visitation will be Thursday June 20, 2013 from 5-9pm at Pixley Funeral Home 322 W. University Dr. Rochester, MI 48307. Funeral service will be Friday at 10:00am at the funeral home.

My condolences to the Bartz family, “God made hope for the dead possible by sending his son Christ to die for our sins" and we look to the future with happiness because we trust God will keep is promises.
