Aunt Suzanne,
You, your daughters, and your grandchildren are in our prayers. To know Uncle David is standing with our Savior, Jesus Christ brings such peace and joy to our hearts as I know it does yours! Uncle David forever touched many lives pointing them to the one and only Savior of the world, Jesus. Uncle David passionately loved Jesus and shared this love with everyone. No matter who rebelled against his loving pleas for them to accept Jesus, Uncle David continued to pray for them, standing confident that one day their hearts would change and they would accept salvation in Christ alone! I know you two prayed for our family and I thank God I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior fifteen years ago and was able to share that joy and answered prayer with both of you. A scripture I read the other night made me smile and think of Uncle David - Romans 10:15 "How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!" Uncle David beautifully preached the good news indeed! Our lives have been greatly blessed by you and Uncle David's devotion to the Lord. We will miss Uncle David greatly however we look forward to the day we see each other again in Heaven, we will rejoice! We love you Aunt Suzanne. Love Todd, Barbara, Elisabeth, Matthew, and David Jeremiah

Our hearts are so saddened hearing the loss of a truly spirited person. My family will have such fond memories of conversations and always a blessing from Pastor Dave. Almost every day at Landry's Quick Stop you could look forward to that beautiful smile Dave would flash as he would walk through the door. That smile would always be accompanied with his exaltations of "praise the Lord this is another glorious day". Dave is in the arms of his maker and my family and I will have him in our hearts and in our prayers.
