An Ode to Strength and Courage
I knew you David, when we were young and fair
I knew you as an adult with no time to spare
Now I know that you are gone
But in my heart I will always carry you there
Candice was strong for David at the end
They shared a dream in Brandon their son
And so David's memory will live on
Your father was proud of you Brandon
You helped him to face his end while you held his hand
Poignant moments a father and son
A son whose strength is brave and strong
In Brandon his life will carry on
And to those of us that remain there will be the pain of loss
But in happy memories and moments we will remember David
A strong and courageous man to the very end
Hugs and Kisses Always
Your Sister-in-Law

Brothers share a special bond,
Like blood, it's thicker than water,
Brothers are forever.
Just as the sun rises in the east,
And sets in the west,
Brothers are forever.
Though the seasons may change,
Spring, summer, fall and winter,
Brothers are forever.
Friends may come and go,
And relationships may drift apart,
But brothers are forever.
Losing a brother is hard to accept,
Remembering a brother is easy, you do it every day,
But missing a brother is the heartache that will never go away.
Brothers are forever.
