Just read about Debbie's passing in Union Memorial Alumni newsletter. I am so sad and wanted to say every memory I have of Debbie is a good one. She was my "little sister" in nursing school and we had many good times and laughs. Her smile and laugh were infectious. What a special person she was. Thankful to God that our life paths crossed. God bless her family.

John, Angela, and Allison-So sorry to hear of Debbie's passing. It was always fun working with Debbie in the ED. Even in charge she was always pitching in and helping. Only saw her speechless one time, when a certain pitcher came into the ED! God only takes the best. Debbie will be missed, but she is in good hands.

Debbie was a wonderful friend!! We talked all the time about our children and husbands. She so loved all of you! May God bless you and keep you!!

August 28, 2012

Dear John, Angela and Allison,
My deepest sympathy to all of you and my sincere regret not being able to attend Debbie's services. We were close friends in nursing school....Our joke was that she latched onto my pink fuzzy robe all thru school....I spent the weekend repeatedly going through our nursing year book. Under Debbie's picture, it reads...."The only way to have a friend is to be one." I know Debbie lived by these words. "There are many things we keep in our hearts...like a best friend who moved away or a classmate we grew up with. They are like stars....You don't always see them, but you know they are always there." Debbie is that star to all of us. How blessed we all are to have known her.
