Debra Sue Baker, age 56 of Lancaster, won her battle with cancer and went home to be with her Lord, Saturday, May 14th, 2011 at the Pickering House.
She was a former 18 year employee at PreMix and later was a cashier at Lowe's. She was a member of Faith Memorial Church, the Circle of Hope and Twisted Stichers Quilting Club.
She is survived by her husband Timothy A. Baker, children: Wendy (Rickie Garner) Emmert, Thomas D. (Amy) Garner, Michael S. (Kendra) Garner, eight grandchildren, her father, Thomas F. Daubenmire, sisters: Barbara A. (James) Baker and Cathy L. (Robert) Gaskill.
She was preceded in death by her mother Sue Daubenmire.
Funeral services will be held 10:30 A.M. Thursday, May 19th, 2011 at the Halteman-Fett & Dyer Funeral Home with Pastor Jonathan W. Morgan officiating. Burial will be at Maple Grove Cemetery. Friends may call 4-8 P.M. Wednesday at the Funeral Home.
The family suggests contributions to the Pickering House in Debra's memory.
