Delbert is survived by his beloved wife, Vicki;
Dear father to Darren (Natasha) and Derek (Lori);
Loving grandfather to Nicholas, Brionna, Devin and Dax;
Brother of Donna, Sharon, Gary, Dee (dec.) and Herbert (dec.);
Also survived by other loving relatives, friends and furry friends at home.

Delbert was devoted to his wife, family and his work all of his life. His work survives him and stands as a testimony to his dedication to excellence. He was loved by many and will be missed.
