Della F. Mansell, 66, of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away December 9, 2012 at Timberlake Care Center. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday, December 13th, with Funeral services at 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 14th, at Mt. Moriah & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Road. Burial will follow in Mt. Moriah Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1100 Pennsylvania Avenue, Kansas City, Missouri 64105. Della was born November 27, 1946 in Kansas City, Missouri, daughter of Harry Ellis and Margaret Della (Curran) Hagerman. She was a lifelong homemaker. She loved to spend time with family, garden, fish and hunt. Della taught Vacation Bible school and was a member of Eastern Star. She was preceded in death by her parents, older brother Danny Hayward and daughter Carlie Ann Adams. She is survived by her husband Norman Mansell, daughters Gailene F. Williams and husband Jerry of Greenridge, Missouri and Heather Lambirth and husband Mike of Kansas City, Missouri; son Jeremiah L. Mansell and wife Anneliese of Kansas City, Missouri, six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, extended family and friends. Condolences may be offered at www.mtmoriah-freeman.com
