Obituary

.Born April 6, 1947, to Charles and Joyce Poole. Passed away on May 8, 2014. He was truly loved and will be missed by his wife Gail; children Denise (Rocky), Lesley (Marcos), Renee, Eric (Carrie), David (Michele), Bryan (Mary); Sister Linda; 12 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends, and his dog Izzy. He loved playing golf, watching old westerns, traveling, and family/friend gatherings. He served in the Navy aboard the USS Enterprise, retired from McClellan AFB as an airplane electrician, and worked at Kaiser in the chart room.
Services will be held at Chapel of the Hills, 1331 Lincoln Way, Auburn, CA 95603.
Viewing will be from 6pm to 8pm on Tuesday, May 13. Service will be held Wednesday, May 14 at 10am with graveside service to follow. In honor of Dennis, please wear shorts and bright colors and bring a memory to share. In lieu of flowers, donations to a Veterans organization would be appreciated.
