DEWEY C. SEWARD age 69 of Lenoir City passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at Parkwest Hospital. He was a loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Preceded in death by parents, Flora and Edward; wife, Linda; sister, Brenda Haley; brother, John Seward. Survived by wife, Edith; children, Jennifer, Kimberly, Crystal, Misty, Ashley and Tiffany; 12 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brothers, William and Edward Seward; brother-in-law, John Haley; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 6-8 pm Friday at Weaver Funeral Home. Family and friends will meet at 9:45 am Saturday at Edgewood Cemetery for a 10 am interment. In memory of Mr. Seward, a donation to the Down Syndrome Awareness Group of East Tennessee (DSAG) can be made in lieu of flowers to the following address: P.O. Box 53575, Knoxville, TN 37950.
