Obituary

Diane A. Adrianowicz, nee Hanek, age 67. Beloved wife of the late Alex. Loving mother of Samantha (Daniel) Wojno. Loving daughter of Maria Hanek and the late Stefan Hanek. Dear sister of Anna (Richard) Past, Bogdan (Barb) Hanek and the late Maria Policht and Henry Hanek. Aunt of many nieces and nephews. Born in Poland and moved to Chicago in 1965. Diane was a positive person and fought hard against adversity throughout her life. Visitation Sunday, July 22, 3 to 9pm at Malec and Sons Funeral Home, 6000 N. Milwaukee Ave. Chicago. Funeral Monday, beginning with prayers at the funeral home at 9:15am, proceeding to St. Ferdinand Church for Mass at 10am. Interment will follow at St. Adalbert Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Wellness Place, Cancer Education and Support, 1619 W. Colonial Parkway, Palatine, IL 60067 appreciated.Funeral info: MalecandSonsFH.com or 773-774-4100.
