Diane (Seilaff) Allen, 39, of Davenport passed away unexpectedly at her home Tuesday, March 13, 2012. Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. on Monday, March 19, 2012 at The Runge Mortuary and Crematory. Visitation will be held Sunday from 2-5 p.m. at the mortuary. Diane (Seilaff) Allen, 39, of Davenport passed away unexpectedly at her home Tuesday, March 13, 2012. Diane was born August 21, 1972 in Vancouver, Washington, the daughter of Darrell and Darlene (Monroe) Seilaff. She was united in marriage to Jim Allen on October 21, 2011 in Las Vegas, NV. She owned and operated her own furniture business in Redding, CA for several years. Diane later worked as a CNA in Redding, CA and in Iowa City. Recently, she began studying towards a business management degree at Scott Community College. Diane was a loving wife, mother and was a nurturer to all of her family and friends. She was a wonderful cook and enjoyed working around the house and yard. She loved the outdoors and had a special love for fishing and camping. Those celebrating her life include her loving husband, Jim: daughter, Felicia Pondelek, Davenport, son, Logan Pondelek, Bethlehem, PA; father Darrell, Cheyenne, Wyoming; sister, Debbie Seilaff, Pomona, CA; stepchildren, Lena Marxen, Davenport, Eric Allen, Davenport, Carissa Allen-Figureroa, Upland, CA; 3 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother and brother.
