42, of West Palm Beach, FL, born on September 19, 1970, passed away on October 27, 2012. She is survived by her mother, Lillian Weis; brothers, Todd Weis, Bernie, Noel T. and Ray Eastman; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her father, John Weis.
A graduate of John I. Leonard High School, Palm Beach Community College, and Broward Community College. She pursued her passion of physical therapy with both Associate of Arts and Science degrees in Physical Therapy.
She went on to pursue one of her many passions of helping people through her work at JFK Medical Center, Coral Bay, Signature and several other places of employment. Diane was very loving and caring with her patients. Family and friends were also very important part of her life along with the love of her horses and dogs. We will miss her beautiful smile.
