Dearest Mom,
Thank you for everything you have done for me. You are one of a kind! Through your service and spiritual devotion whether it be your leadership in scouting, your unbelievable commitment to your Red Cross activities that took you to far away and dangerous places and your ongoing domestic work with the Red Cross, your CASA work, your literacy work, your church work whether it be through marriage counseling or being a Eucharistic minister, your nursing, and teaching skills, and most of all your unwavering commitment to your husband and children, you touched more people than I can count. You and Dad were role models to not only us kids but to your foreign exchange students, your loving in-laws, your grand and great-grandchildren and all of our friends who had the pleasure to have known you. You have been a positive force.
Mom, you know my heart and love. I wish you an eternity with God, Dad, Dan, David, Doug, Megan, Nora and all of your other loved ones to be filled with peace and love. And I hope all of your questions have now been answered. I will miss you so. Go in peace!
XOXO
Karen
