Dolores June Bone, 85, of Old Hickory, TN passed away on Saturday, March 11, 2017.
Visitation will be Tuesday, March 14, 2017 from 4-8 pm and Wednesday, March 15, 2017 from 12-1 pm with services immediately following in the chapel of Hermitage Funeral Home with Rev. Gloria Scott officiating.
Interment will be at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Cottontown, TN.
Mrs. Bone was born January 30, 1932 in Cottontown, TN to Lloyd and Jessie Pond. She graduated from White House High School and spent 37 years in the banking industry. She married Howard R. Bone, from Leechburg, PA, on November 11, 1953. She enjoyed traveling, working with flowers and visiting with family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and grandson, Gregory A. Durham.
Survivors include her daughters, Susan Durham (Ed) of Cataula, GA and Janet Knowles (Donald) of Old Hickory, TN; sister, Sara Faye Taylor (Morris) of Cottontown, TN, and sister-in-law, Carole Schantz (Ed) of Hyde Park, PA. She was Nana to grandchildren, Jessica Baldwin (John), Kyle and Bradley Knowles; great-grandchildren, Adaline and William Baldwin, and granddaughters-to-be, Briana Roberts and Krista Stahl. She is also survived by special friends, Susie and Sean Coles; her furry companion, Jackson, and several nieces and nephews.
