Ken and I were sorry to learn of her passing. She was very close to her family and very proud of all her children and grandchildren. I was sorry that I never got to visit her at Ann's Choice. May loving memories ease the pain of your hearts.

I am so sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. It seems it doesn't matter how old we get, losing our Mom breaks our hearts. The underlying strength and spirit she gave to your family is unmistakable, her love for all of you endures.

I was sorry to read of Mrs. Bastian's passing. I have fond memories of spending very late Summer nights in her kitchen playing pinochle and eating bagels or Chinese food with Nick, Dennis Staussfogel, and Karen Jacobs. I remember her looking at us and just shaking her head at our silliness. May God bless and keep you all during this difficult time.
