Donald "Don" Startzel, 82 of Pflugerville passed away Saturday, April 14, 2012. He was born June 16, 1929 in Shamokin, Pennsylvania to Norman and Edwina Startzel.
Don will be greatly missed by the family and friends. Left to cherish his memories include his wife of 30 years Bobbie Startzel; 4 children: Barbara and Dennis Keithly, Terry and Jeanne Startzel, Donna and Mike Smith and Doug and Glenda Crooks; Seven grandchildren; nine Great-Grandchildren; two brothers: Dennis Startzel and Richard Startzel.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his son Ron Startzel.
Visitation will be held from 6 until 8 p.m. on Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at the Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m., Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Memorial Chapel; interment services will follow at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Cemetery.
