Donald W. Osmun, 85, of Henrico Va. passed away October 27, 2017. He was born in Orlando, Florida on July 2, 1932.
He is survived by his wife, Katherine Walton Osmun; children, Debbie Osmun MacDonald (Dale) and Terri Osmun Reamey (Mike); step-children, Ray Walton,Jr., Danny Walton (Stephanie) and Margie Walton Garrison (Bobby); grandson, Alex Reamey; step-granddaughter, Ashlee Ratliff and other loving family members in Florida.
He retired from Beacon Press (Media General, Inc.) as a Pressman. He was a member of Epiphany Lutheran Church. He served his country in the United States Navy and was a Korean War Veteran.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Monday, October 30 with Manchester Moose Lodge Tribute of Service at 7 p.m. and from 5- 8 p.m. Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at Woody Funeral Home, Parham Chapel, 1771 N. Parham Rd. Richmond, Va. 23229. A funeral service will take place at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at Woody Funeral Home. Interment will be at Greenwood Memorial Gardens.
