Don was one of the best Police Pals I ever had while I was employed with The Kansas City,Missouri Police Department. We rode as a 2 man crew several times at The North Patrol Division and The Metro Patrol Division. I will never ever forget Don!! Ret. Police Officer Arthur (Buddy) Enlow Serial #2925

Our condolences to the Basham family. His passing is without a doubt a great loss to his family. It has been a long time since we wore out a couple of ice cream freezers in one summer. Great times! Don will be missed.
