Donald P (Paul) Conrad, age 54 of Spring Hill, died and went to the Lord in Heaven on Saturday, June 28, 2014.

Born in Saint Joseph, MO, Paul leaves a loving family. His greatest love's of his life were his wife Connie, and daughter Katie. Other children, Amanda Tilly and her husband Robert Tilly, their children and Paul's grandchildren, Preston and Parker Tilly. They lovingly referred to Paul as "Papa". Paul's other child Tommy Tagliavia. His Father-in-Law and Mother-in-Law, Rudy and Joan Passaretti.

Paul's siblings: brother Dean Conrad and wife Cindy, brother Clay Conrad and wife Danise, brother Jon Conrad and wife Deborah, sister Jean Pineda and husband Miguel.

Paul's brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws, Jerry and Nancy Passaretti, Rudy and AnneMarie Passaretti, Debbie and Brian Schallenberg.

Numerous nieces and nephews.

Paul had just helped to arrange and participated in a family reunion with his siblings and many other family members in Arizona in the middle of June, just a few weeks ago.

Paul's other family is his Edward Jones family. Paul was a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones since 1989. Paul was celebrated on 6/21/14 at the Edward Jones Summer Regional meeting with 25 years of employment as a very successful Financial Advisor. During his time with Edward Jones, he served in many leadership capacities. He was directly and indirectly involved with many others decisions to join Edward Jones as Financial Advisors. He helped numerous new Financial Advisor's to start their careers at Edward Jones by serving as a Mentor and friend. He was always available to give a word of encouragement and a boost of good advice. Just to be around Paul, you felt more happy with life and about putting priorities in proper perspective.

Paul was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Spring Hill, a charter member of the Rotary Club of Spring Hill since 1991 and served as President, a member of the Krewe of Freebooters in which Paul would participate in the Gasparilla Parade each year as an invading Pirate as well as various other local parades. He was a member of the Hernando County Chamber of Commerce. Was involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters and sponsored a little brother. According to Paul's family, Paul also invented the Brain Bowl, a scholastic competition used in some colleges to help students study and practice what they have learned in a challenging setting.

Paul loved to play golf. He enjoyed playing almost every Sunday with his Father-in-Law, Rudy. During his High School years in Plattsburg, MO (Plattsburg High), he was outstanding golfer his Sophomore year, and Club Champion the summer before his Senior year.

Paul also loved traveling with his wife Connie and daughter Katie on many vacations in the US and internationally. He would always love these trips of which many of his Edward Jones family would also be with them, making many wonderful memories together. Just last year after a helicopter ride to a glacier in Alaska, as Paul was standing on the glacier, he knelt down and gave Connie a ring and re-affirmed his love to her.

He also enjoyed completing cross word puzzles. Some would say he was a Master. With a newspaper puzzle of some kind with him quite frequently, he was not baffled or perplexed for long.

Paul Conrad will be deeply missed by all of his family, his friends, his clients, and his colleagues. His impact, influence and love of life has touched the lives of many in such a positive way.

All of our lives are better and richer because we knew Paul Conrad!
