Dean passed into peace on June 29, 2012 at the age of 75. Born on March 22, 1937 to Frederick and Evelyn (Kiel) Ruppel. Cherished wife of Andr'e "Andy" Anderson for 56 years, married June 9, 1956. Dean's working career included Ross Glove Company and Wigwam Mills. She was also a foster mother to several boys through the years. She loved to travel with her husband. In Dean's words, "I liked to crochet, do fun projects, read and do puzzle books. I loved the outdoors in all seasons, some from indoors and others from outdoors. I loved the lake, as long as I was not in it, it is always too cold." Loving mother of daughter Cindy...
Dean passed into peace on June 29, 2012 at the age of 75. Born on March 22, 1937 to Frederick and Evelyn (Kiel) Ruppel. Cherished wife of Andr'e "Andy" Anderson for 56 years, married June 9, 1956.

Dean's working career included Ross Glove Company and Wigwam Mills. She was also a foster mother to several boys through the years. She loved to travel with her husband. Loving mother of daughter Cindy (Joe) Schickert and sons Michael (Kim) Anderson and Keith (Katie) Anderson and of grandson (son in her heart) Greg (Tracy) Hansen.

Adoring grandmother of Jason Hansen, Tanya, Timmothy, Parker and Ashley Anderson, Saige and McKena Ramos. Great-grandmother of Preston and Aidan Anderson, Holden Hansen and Baby girl (to be born in September) Hansen.

Dean is also survived by brothers Roger (Sandy), Dennis and Dale Ruppel, as well as nephews. She is preceded in death by her beloved son, Scott Anderson and her parents as well as her mother and father-in-law, Chester and Romona Anderson and step-mother-in-law Albertha Anderson.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, July 2, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at Ballhorn Chapels. Rev. Julia O. Hollister, Minister of First Congregational Church, United Church of Christ, will officiate. A time of visitation and support will take place at Ballhorn Chapels from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service. Burial will take place at Lutheran Cemetery.

A memorial fund has been established in her name.
