Dorman L. Robbins, Sr., 93, a WWII Veteran and a master carpenter, passed peacefully at home surrounded by his loved ones, Saturday, October 21, 2017. Preceded in death by his loving wife, Patricia Whittington Robbins, his son, Dorman (Don) L. Robbins, Jr., a grandson, Christopher Woodard, and a great granddaughter, Elyse Zoe Robbins; also 9 sisters and one brother. He is survived by his daughter, Rebecca Robbins Reynolds (Bob), and his daughter-in-law, Sharon Robbins; one sister, Nelda Robbins Browning. He also leaves behind seven grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Wednesday, October 25, 2017, with services to immediately follow at 2:00 pm at Brantley Funeral Home, 6875 Cockrum St. Olive Branch, MS 38654. Interment will follow at Blocker Cemetery.
