Dorothy Ellen Darwin Tinsley (95) of Orlando, Florida, passed away Monday, November 21st, 2016. Dorothy was born March 11, 1921 in Spring City, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, William Thomas Tinsley Jr. She is survived by their three children, William Thomas Tinsley III, Jack Timothy Tinsley (Adriane) and Susan Diane Tinsley, four grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Bess Cash Darwin and Thomas Blaine Darwin, a sister Margaret Darwin Coulter Miller and brother Jack Blaine Darwin, all of Spring City, Tennessee, aunt Grace Cash Adams and uncle Carl Reese Adams of Miami, Florida. She was a charter member of St. Luke’s United Methodist Church in Windermere, Florida.
Funeral Services will be Saturday, November 26, 2016 at 11 AM at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church, 4851 S. Apopka Vineland Rd., Orlando, FL She will be buried in the Spring City, Tennessee Cemetery where her husband and family were buried.
