Dorothy Jane Brown 85, of Louisville, passed away May 10, 2017.
Mrs. Brown was a former employee of the Courier Journal and Churchill Downs.
She is preceded in death by her daughter Debbie Redmond.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Diane Burnette (Dennis) and Roger Brown (Theresia); Son-in-law, Michael Redmond; grandchildren, Chris (Mystic), Kyle, Aaron, Eric (Ashley) and Nicole; great-grandchildren, Tyler, Logan and Lucas and a sister, Betty Williams.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held 10 am Monday in the Dignity Memorial Chapel at Evergreen Funeral Home. Visitation will be at the funeral home Sunday from 3-7 pm.
The family would like memorial donations in Dorothy's name to be directed to Hosparus of Louisville.
