On Thursday, August 10th, 2017, Dorothy Violet Heinks (88), of Columbia, MD passed away. Beloved wife of the late Norman R. Heinks. Loving mother of Linda Nenna and her husband John, Patricia Weir and her husband David, and the late Norman J. Heinks. Dear grandmother of Heather Weir and Sean Anderson. Caring great-grandmother of Abby Amrhein , Ashley Newcomb, and Zach Anderson. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to gather for a Celebration of Life Memorial Service at First Presbyterian Church of Howard County 9325 Presbyterian Cir. Columbia, MD 21045 on Saturday, August 19th, 2017 at 2:00 PM. Inurnment Private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gilchrist Hospice 5537 Twin Knolls Rd. #434 Columbia, MD 21045.
