Dorothy A. Miller, 81, passed away July 31, 2012 at Ocean Medical Center. Mrs. Miller was born in Massachusetts and currently resided in New Jersey. Dorothy was a receptionist for the Hosakawa Micron Company for many years. She volunteered for meals on wheels and was a member of the Huntington Club in Lakewood. Dorothy was a communicant of the St. Andrew United Methodist Church. She enjoyed reading, music, traveling and mostly spending time with her family. Miller, six children, Jack Collins and his wife Val, Patty Gonzalez and her husband John, Dennis Collins and his wife Liz, Kevin Collins and his wife Carol, Kathy Hess and her husband Steve and Chris Collins and his wife Sue, step-daughters, Stephanie and Shannon Miller, grandchildren, Bryan, Kerrie, Megan, Patrick, Devin, Katie, Bill, Molly, Alishan, Kenting, Zach, Garrett, Ariel and Dawn and Dottie's sister, Marion McKeon. Friends may call Saturday, August 4, 2012 from 10-12 Noon at the D'Elia Funeral Home Rt. 70 & Vermont Ave. Lakewood, NJ 08701. Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 4, 2012 at 12 Noon at the funeral home.
