79, of Lakewood. Born February 15, 1935 in Alexandria, Egypt and passed away March 23, 2014 in Lakewood, Colorado. Survived by wife Sohair Zohdy, daughter Eman Zohdy-Nelson and her husband Daniel Nelson, son Zach Zohdy and grandchildren Alexandria Nelson and Lila Nelson. He was preceded in death by his parents and his two siblings.
He was a geophysicist with the US Geological Survey for many years. He then taught at the School of Mines. He will be lovingly remembered.
A private memorial will be held by his immediate family.
