Our Sympathy is with the Scarabin Family in this time of sadness. Earl was a great cop, an outstanding partner, an exceptional supervisor, a valued friend, and most of all, an extraordinary man, husband and father who were extremely loved by his children. We will always remember the great memories we all had together; and these memories will always live on in our hearts. Take care our friend and God Speed.
