Len was born September 26, 1963 to Earl Len and Patricia (Magness) Bailey in Harrison, Arkansas. Len grew up in Abilene and graduated from Abilene High School in 1981. In 1992 he met Patricia "Patri" Regan and later married on April 2, 1993.

Len was a man of integrity and had a very strong work ethic. He was a District Sales Manager for Bimbo Bakeries USA. He also had the gift of gab, there was no story he couldn't tell and no joke he would turn away. He enjoyed fishing, golf, chess, playing tennis and had a love-hate relationship with the Dallas Cowboys. He looked forward to his time playing tennis at Rose Park with "the over 50 bunch." If a need arose and he could meet it to help someone out, he gave with no expectation, except that they pay that kindness forward. The only thing he loved most in the world was his family and was so very proud of all four of his children and his only grandchild.

Surviving Len are his wife, Patri Bailey; his children, Leah Danette Adams, Shelby Len Bailey, Tanner Shawn Bailey, Maggie Len Bailey; granddaughter, Presley Faye Adams, all of Abilene; his parents, Earl and Pat Bailey of Nocona, Texas; many extended family members, close friends and his spirit animal, Oreo. Len is preceded in death by his grandparents; infant sister and infant daughter.

Memorials may be sent to Connecting Caring Communities, 402 Cypress St., Ste. 420, Abilene, TX 79601.

"Earl and I grew into adulthood together. Shared so much, like brothers really. I still hear his voice and feel his passion for life. There will always be a..." Darren Dannenberg (Mineola, TX)
