Ray was one of my professors at NTSU in the 1970's. I remember him for his intelligence, sense of humor, and confidence. He is one of the professors who I remember most fondly and he will surely be missed.

We are very sorry for your loss. Ray was one of the brightest people I ever met and Carol and I were very happy to have him as a member of our family. We will miss him very much. We will not be able to attend his memorial service due to health reasons. If there is anything I can offer to help you, please don't hesitate to ask. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
