Edith P. Lane, age 94 of Silver Springs, Florida, passed away on November 22, 2016.
Mrs. Lane is preceded in death by her husband, Paul, and survived by her children; Paul E. (Darlene) Lane, Roger (Jane) Lane, Robert Lane, Drema (Sam) Howard, Jim (Heather) Lane, and her sister, Opal Hopson. Edith is also lovingly survived by 13 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 3-5 PM Sunday, November 27, 2016 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 5740 South Pine Avenue, Ocala, Florida. Burial will be held at a later date at Roselawn Cemetery, Princeton, West Virginia.
Memorial donations in Edith's name may be made to the Marion County Hospice, 3231 SW 34th Avenue, Ocala, Florida 34474.

Drema,and family: Miss Edith will be greatly missed by all. I will especially miss all of her jokes and her calling me her second daughter. The beauty shop won't be the same without her. Will be keeping you and all your family in my thoughts and prayers as you go through this trying time.
