Hayden, Jr. Edmund Matthew
September 8, 1935 – January 9, 2017
Edmund “Bud “ Matthew Hayden, Jr. passed away at the age of 81 at his home on Siesta Key, in Florida. Formerly of Woodstock, Illinois, he was born in Manhattan, Illinois To Pauline Wensch Hayden and Edmund Matthew Hayden.
Mr. Hayden was founder and owner of Edmund M. Hayden, Inc., a nationally recognized, award winning Commercial Landscape Construction firm, which operated in the Chicago, IL metropolitan area.
He is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Dlorah Rud Hayden, stepsons Matthew (Kim) Stone, Mark Stone and grandchildren, Autumn, Zachary, Paiton and Zoe Stone. He is also survived by his sister Patricia Barnes, nephews Eric and Steven Barnes and niece Kathleen Daniel, as well as great nephews Sean and Paul Daniel and great niece Christina Daniel, as well as children from his previous marriage. Julie, Suzanne, John, E. Matthew and Amy and their respective children.
A memorial service for “Bud” will be held on January 27, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at Faith Lutheran Church, 7750 Beneva Road South, Sarasota, Florida.
Memorials to Faith Lutheran Church or Tidewell Hospice would be appreciated.
