Edna Clair Adams, 74, died Thursday, February 2, 2012 at the Gardens of Germantown. Mrs. Adams was the youngest of 12 children born to Langford and Ruth Billingsley. She was preceded in death by her husband Malcolm J. Adams Jr. She is survived by her four children, Lynn Young of Germantown, Tom Smith of Chicago, Jimmy Smith of Arlington, and Mallie Jo Nagle of Germantown; six grandchildren, Greg Young, David Young, Margot Smith, BJ Nagle, Savannah Nagle, and Summer Smith, and 3 great grandchildren; her sister, Nell Iris Floyd of Dallas; and her brother, James Otis Billingsley of Southaven. The family will receive friends at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens 3700 N. Germantown Parkway, Bartlett on Monday, February 6, from 12:30 – 2:00 p.m. Funeral Services begin at 2:00. Entombment will follow at Memorial Gardens (formerly Memory Hill Gardens)..
