Edward Raymond Lewis (Eddie), 54, of Plant City, passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at Hospice in Temple Terrace surrounded by his family. He was born on June 6, 1962 in Tampa, FL. He is survived by his mother Vicki Lewis, Plant City, FL, father Jim Lewis (ViVi), Riverview, FL, sisters Anita Nolet (Bill Cook) and Cindy Hicks, nieces Lisa Drost, Lori Blommel, Christy Clinard (JC), great nephews Houston Polk, Hunter Drost, Blake Blommel, Hardy Polk, great niece Kendall Sullivan and many loving extended family members.
Eddie had Down syndrome and battled Alzheimer’s for the past couple of years. He was the most loving, kind and gentle person we have ever known. Eddie brought joy and laughter to all that have had the pleasure to know him. God has gained another precious angel and we will see you again one day. We love you, buddy!
The family will have a private funeral service at Garden Of Memories Funeral Home, Tampa, FL.
