Before I met Uncle Ed, Kim told me he was quite a character and very interesting. As I walked up to his place to meet him for the first time, his first question was are you a Republican or a Democrat? I answered whatever you want me to be! We got along Great. He made me a drink and offered me a cigar.

My Uncle will always be remembered by me as a Great Man and a Strong Man,
Our families spent Holidays together whenever possible. Uncle Ed and my dad
painted my car. Uncle Ed said Please do not pick Blue. I picked Blue with Sparkles in it. He looked at me with his Big Grin Cigar in hand and said OK, but you better not wreck it. Each time I drove it I thought of him and when I look back at photos I think of how lucky I was.Uncle Ed loved to tease me, but always had my back. He Loved animals, his Brother and Sister but most of all his Beautiful daughter Belinda. When my husband and I just dropped in to visit, he always welcomed us. So many fun stories in my mind. He will be remembered by me as an Artist, Friend and My Uncle Ed who I will alway Love. Kimberly Barmore Guettler

Ed was my step-father and raised me as his own from before age 2 until 8 years old. He taught me all the important things that made me a real man today, and I have many fond memories. Rest in Peace Ed.
