Edward Michael Auld, 53, of Pocasset died April 18, 2012. Born in Bourne, MA he was the son of Ruth (King) Auld and the late Edward Robert Auld. He was a 1977 graduate of Upper Cape Regional High School. During his working years he was a bindery worker for a printing company. In his spare time he enjoyed watching the Red Sox and attending games. He followed all the New England sports teams. He also loved music, fishing, the ocean, pets and yard work. He was also known to be a very people friendly person. In addition to his mother he is survived by his brother James Auld and his wife Valorie , his sisters Kathleen Morrison and her husband Thomas and Cheryl Tully and her husband Stephen. Also his nephews Alex, Austin, and Adam and his niece Grace. A memorial gathering will be held Monday April 30, 2012 from 12 PM to 1 PM at the Nickerson Bourne Funeral Home, 40 MacArthur Blvd. Bourne followed by a funeral service at 1 PM. Interment Oakland Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations in Ed's name can be made to Swift Memorial Rebuiding Fund, 8 Williston Rd. Sagamore, MA 02675 or Awareness K9 Foundation c/o Cape Cod Five Bank or visit www:awarenessk9foundation.org.
