Dad,
I know you are where you need to be now, with Mother. You had a really great life and I am so proud to call you Dad. You and mother gave us all such a good life. We will treasure all the good memories and keep you both in our hearts always. Looking back at the pictures of our vacations and special times together brings us great joy and great memories to share. I would not have wanted my life to be any different. You both taught us so much and I will do my best to pass some of this to my children and grandchildren. I will see you both when my time is up. Love you both always.

I remember Uncle Ted at the farm laughing, playijg baseball. He helped stop an indoor leak in Neb, and we had a picnic-the worms from the tree passed out - 'dropin guests". His leaving makes Earth darker, but heaven brighter.

I remember Uncle Ted playing baseball at Grandpa Hassall's farm. He was so energetic and laughing so much. And the time he came to Nebraska, during a house flood, he helped fix the faucet that was flooding from upstairs. He and Aunt Lois went and bought the fixing's for a cookout, too, and we had 'drop-in' guests-the tree had worms, and the heat from the grill made them drop. His support during and after Mom's funeral was wonderful too.

As always, when someone passes, "Our world is darker, but heaven shines brighter."

God be with you all Nan Hassall Lockport NY
